Standard stitching takes approximately 7-10 working days after measurement and fabric pickup. For Express Service, the timeline is faster, usually 3-5 days, but subject to an additional charge.

Yes, you can provide your own fabric. Alternatively, our design expert can help you source the required high-quality fabric during the home consultation.

We accept all types of premium garments including Suits, Lehengas, Sarees (Silk/Heavy Work), Curtains, Bed Linens, and Shoes. We use specialized eco-friendly chemicals for delicate fabrics.

Yes, for free doorstep pickup and delivery, a minimum order value applies (typically ₹500). For smaller orders, a nominal convenience fee may be charged.

Standard laundry and dry cleaning orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 4 days. We also offer 24-hour Express delivery for urgent requirements at premium rates.

Our experts use the best spotting agents to remove stains. However, 100% removal depends on the nature and age of the stain. We will do our absolute best without damaging the fabric.
